Cycle a Difference Asian Business Ride 2016 – Mechanics Sponsor
Hogan Lovells is pleased to continue to support Newborns Vietnam by joining as Mechanics Sponsor for the 2016 Cycle a Difference, Asian Business Ride. In 2015 our Managing Partner and Partner joined the ride and cycled from Hue to Da Nang. It was a tough but inspirational experience. We are very proud to have four Hogan Lovells teams from Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam cycling in the Asian Business Ride. We are grateful that our support can make a difference in the care of newborns in Vietnam.
At Hogan Lovells, good citizenship is an essential value that underpins our business practices. Our commitment to good citizenship is focused and sustainable. Through direct involvement with individuals, non-profits, and non-governmental organisations, we work with our local and global communities to influence change for the better. We are committed to a diverse workforce that is inclusive and welcoming. We acknowledge our responsibility to a sustainable environment and embrace ethical business practices in all that we do.
At the beginning of 2015 Hogan Lovells launched an unprecedented, single global policy asking each of our colleagues – more than 6,000 people in 49 offices – to devote at least 25 hours of their work time to Citizenship activities each year. These activities can be in any of our Citizenship programs – Pro Bono, Diversity, Community Investment, Touch: Matched Charitable Giving, or the Environment. Our new Global Citizenship Policy offers each of us, whatever our particular interest or talent, a meaningful opportunity to join with firm colleagues and support our communities as part of our work for the firm.
Hogan Lovells is proud to be Mechanics Sponsor and participate in cycling and raising funds for Newborns Vietnam.
