Training Ride – Peak Hill and onwards!!

Deniz Erkan a London Cycle a Difference rider joined ride team captain Luke Humphreys for a training ride before the Turf Locks barbecue. A quick 27 miles before breakfast and a punishing 20% climb up Peak Hill was a great warm up for a more relaxed and sociable afternoon. Deniz has recently opened Hadron Cycles in Hornsey Road London and is no stranger to tough rides, he has completed the challenging 800 mile Haute Route sportive over the Swiss and French Alps in 2011 and will be doing it again in 2012 in preparation for Vietnam. Deniz will be joined on the Cycle a Difference Vietnam ride by other London based riders, Simon, Colin and Mel. Over the next few months Deniz will be holding a static bike ride in the shop as part of his fundraising, and various fun bike events, watch this space for more information or check out the Hadron website, or follow them on Facebook and Twitter @hadroncycles
