Mike Hall – Round the World Cycle Race – Week 6 (Click this title for full story)

It is now the end of week 6 of the Round the World Cycle Race. 10 riders set off from Greenwich Meridian to ride round the world in record time if they can. They have the 106 day target in their sights, and hope to be home for the Olympics.

Leading the pack is Mike Hall who is almost 1,000 miles clear of Martin Walker. Mike is currently in Australia and has completed over 11,500 kms, and after getting a good night’s sleep on an empty house’s porch last night, he is hoping to reach Melbourne by tonight. After Australia, his next stop is New Zealand then the States, and then Iceland, before he heads back to Europe and home.
